Sýkora, Adam ; Šťastný, Petr (advisor) ; Arnošt, Pavel (referee)
THE COMPARATION OF SOLID AND UNSTABLE SURFACE EXERCICE ON 13YEARS OLD ICE-HOCKEY PLAYERS BY MYOTEST Objectives: Compare the effect of the course and exercises by using unstable surfaces with and without field accelerometer (Myotest). Methods: The exercise of a similar movement pattern was performed qualitative and quantitative comparison of the stress field parameters using the accelerometer. Quantitative stress parameters were evaluated for individual movements as mean values from a larger number of repetitions for intra- individual assessments. For comparison exercises were probands adapted from ongoing training process. Results: The results obtained during by testing shows that the measured power and performance weren't always exactly according to the hypotheses. The hypotheses were in some cases completely confirmed (eg VR lunge at the knees in the value of the force on the mat 994.4 N and Bosu 1154 N. The difference is 159,6 N, which is about 16%), in others completely rejected (eg KŠ kneeled in lunge was power value on the mat 730 W and on the Bosu 1172 W. Difference is 442 W, which is about 60%). Occasionally a situation where it was not possible hypothesis neither confirm nor reject (eg H2: the squat were measured performance values on the mat for the three probands negative (JP -70 W, VR...
Effect of excercise on postural stability parameters in senior's age
Kratochvílová, Hana ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Effect of excercise on postural stability parameters in senior's age Objectives: The aim of this study is to assess the effects of a regular group exercise on specific parameters of postural control in seniors. The intervention was composed based on a literary review and consisted of strength, flexibility and balance exercises. Methods: The sample consisted of nine women older than 65 years. To evaluate the differences in selected parameters of static postural control before and after intervention the pressure plates RS Footscan® Balance 7.6 second generation (RSscan International, Belgium) were used. Results: All og the measured parameters of static postural control improved, particularly when standing without visual control. The results can be helpful in planning of preventive exercise programs for seniors. Key words: Postural control, seniors, group exercise, balance exercise

ercise and its influence on the health of women aged 30-45 years
KLIMEŠOVÁ, Miroslava
This Bachelor thesis goal is to proove positive influence of ball exercise on women´s health. The introduction to the thesis explains relation between human health, exercise and other factors whitch could significantly influence peoples health in general. Next I go thru the main causes of muscleous disbalancies and the posibilities the balance exercise, included Ball exercise, offers in their elimination. Folowing part goes thru history of the so called Swiss ball exercise to recent trends. The practical part explains the anthropometric measurement (BMI, WHR), Matthiase test posture and psychological questionnaire sheet used for evaluation of the "Profile of Mood States". Measurement were taken in a experimental group of women doing the ball exercise in comparison of control group of not exercising women. Entry measurements were collected before the intervention programme, last data were put down on the end of it. The whole process had taken 12 weeks. Within this time period all the volunteers went thru series of offseting and balancing exercises. All collected data were put into charts and compouned in diagrams. The Aim of the thesis is to proove changes in reliance on the ball exercise over the time period. From the modification of the collected date we could indirectly come to a conclusion, that this type of exercise could significantly influence human health.
